Curbwise does not replace licensed inspectors, real estate agents, attorneys, contractors, appraisers, insurers, or other qualified professionals. Always verify important property information through appropriate experts and official sources.

Content

You retain ownership of property notes, photos, and other content you submit. You grant Curbwise the rights needed to operate the service, store your content, and show it back to you or people you choose to share with.

Availability

The website and app may change, pause, or launch in stages. We may update features, pricing, or availability as the product develops.
